Your Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional monitoring support to ensure the security of all customers’ homes.
- Handle a variety of emergency and non-emergency alarms from customers and authorities.
- Utilize effective communication to assess callers’ situations, providing resolutions, information, or directing them to appropriate contacts.
- Maintain accurate logs of calls and activities in our database.
- Coordinate responses from public safety agencies according to established protocols.
- Stay updated on company policies and training materials relevant to the dispatcher role.
- Obtain and maintain multiple state regulatory licenses during training and ongoing renewal sessions.
