As a leading player in the renewable energy sector, we are seeking an experienced Senior Buyer (m/f/d) with a knack for team leadership for our client, an innovative company in the wind power industry. You will work in a hybrid model from Bremen or Rostock and manage strategic procurement for international wind farm projects in Germany and neighboring countries.Flexible Work: Up to 80% remote work or access to modern offices in Bremen or Rostock.Approximately 20% nationwide travel required.Annual salary - €70,000 to €85,000Full-time position.Your ResponsibilitiesStrategic Procurement: You are responsible for the tendering and awarding of crane services, electrical assembly services, and complex installation work for wind energy projects across Bremen, Rostock, and nationally.End-to-End Procurement: You will oversee the entire procurement process—from planning and negotiation to acceptance of construction site services in the areas of construction and technology.Supplier Management: Collaborating with project controlling, you will prepare preliminary calculations, further develop the global supplier strategy, and conduct contractual negotiations with confidence.Stakeholder Communication: You will work closely with project managers, technicians, and external partners, reporting directly to the Head of Site Procurement.Technical Team Leadership: Lead a dedicated sub-team of procurement experts, coordinate tasks, and encourage the professional development of your colleagues.Quality Assurance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to procurement regulations and drive continuous process improvements.
