Your Role: In your capacity as a Senior Designated Services Engineer, you will be pivotal in ensuring the success of our customers, contributing to our outstanding five-star ratings on Gartner. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary technical point of contact between customers and Engineering to address feature gaps, reliability issues, and documentation enhancements. Diagnose and resolve technical problems, escalating to Engineering when necessary. Provide constructive feedback to Engineering to improve product supportability, usability, and serviceability. Assist pre-sales engineers, partners, and resellers by providing technical expertise. Proactively monitor WEKA systems through remote monitoring tools to identify and mitigate potential issues. Manage, document, and track customer issues using our ticketing system. Communicate effectively and professionally with customers, partners, and internal teams. Contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives via internal and customer-facing documentation.
