Position Summary:
We are in search of a skilled SEO Specialist to enhance our remote team. This position may also be referred to as an SEO Analyst, Organic Search Specialist, or Digital Marketing Specialist, based on your experience and industry background.
In this role, you will collaborate with a lead SEO Accounts Manager to execute a variety of SEO initiatives, aiming to enhance clients’ search engine rankings through both on-page and off-page optimization. You will work alongside a talented team of content creators, web designers, developers, PPC specialists, and fellow SEOs to craft highly effective web pages optimized for search engine visibility, user experience, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive SEO audits, implement enhancements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize performance.
- Execute off-page SEO strategies by establishing high-quality backlinks utilizing leading industry tools.
- Lead content research and management, working closely with writers to improve copy and enhance rankings, traffic, and conversion rates.
- Conduct keyword research, optimize web pages, and develop content calendars for clients.
- Ensure the timely publication of recurring content that meets the high standards of Wisevu.
- Analyze monthly performance reports to identify growth opportunities and communicate ranking shifts to SEO Account Managers and clients.
- Manage Google My Business profiles, including image uploads and posts.
- Set up and oversee Google Tag Manager, Analytics, Data Studio, call tracking, rank tracking, and other conversion tools; perform audits to rectify tracking issues.
Qualifications
Essential Requirements:
- At least 3 years of SEO experience in a digital marketing agency setting.
- Proficiency in the English language.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, IT, or a related field.
- Strong technical knowledge of SEO algorithms with the capability to effectively implement SEO tasks (both On-page and Off-page).
- Ability to analyze web analytics and reports, monitor website metrics, and leverage data for informed SEO strategy development.
Desirable Skills:
- Google Analytics and Google Search Console proficiency.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and web development.
- Familiarity with PPC campaigns and social media marketing.
