About the Role
As a key member of the Scaled Customer Success team, you will oversee the onboarding, activation, and expansion of Ramp's self-service customer base. We are making a strategic investment in recognizing the immense potential of our self-service accounts. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping and enhancing Ramp's Customer Success organization, defining the approach for scaled customer implementations to maximize engagement and satisfaction.
