Team Overview

The ERP team is pivotal to SumUp's Finance and Technology framework, managing the SAP S/4HANA platform that supports financial operations across 37 markets. As we prepare for an IPO and expand into new markets, the strategic importance of this team is ever-increasing. This role is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned SAP professional to influence the development and automation of finance processes in a rapidly growing company.


Your Responsibilities

  • Configure and customize SAP S/4HANA FI/CO modules, translating stakeholder requirements into scalable and well-documented financial solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with developers to automate financial postings and integrate SAP with third-party platforms, including banking systems, treasury management tools, and payroll aggregators.
  • Manage complex configuration topics involving global tax compliance, electronic invoicing across various markets, multiple ledger setups, budgeting, and revenue recognition.
  • Develop and implement SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) dashboards and reports, enhancing visibility into business performance for finance teams.
  • Support S/4HANA rollouts as part of SumUp’s global expansion and IPO readiness efforts, including data migration, training for end-users, and comprehensive documentation.
