Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.3+ years of relevant marketing experience, preferably within FMCG or B2C sectors, with a strong understanding of Baltic markets. Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in English and one of the Baltic languages, along with strong presentation abilities. Demonstrated project management skills, capable of coordinating multiple projects and details simultaneously while delivering high-quality outcomes on time. A genuine passion for the brand and its values.

The Sampling & Events Specialist will oversee comprehensive brand project management across three Baltic markets, emphasizing sampling, experiential marketing, and brand activation initiatives. This role will manage project briefings, agency collaborations, content approvals, and ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery. By analyzing KPIs and converting performance data into actionable insights, you will enhance brand loyalty and maximize brand value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead brand activation projects from inception to completion, including briefings, agency management, and content approvals across three Baltic markets, with a primary focus on sampling and experiential marketing.
  • Monitor project performance through data analysis, translating KPIs into actionable insights that drive business value and enhance brand loyalty.
  • Oversee project budgets and timelines to ensure flawless execution and timely delivery of all project milestones.
  • Collaborate and support brand activation initiatives and tasks aligned with brand priorities.
