Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Lead Salesforce development and architecture efforts. Design, develop, and implement bespoke Salesforce solutions utilizing Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other capabilities to meet the demands of the GTM Tech team and the broader business. Develop and sustain complex Salesforce Flows and automation while ensuring best practices and optimal performance. Provide end-to-end project leadership, from initial design and timeline establishment to cross-functional problem-solving and final delivery with senior-level reporting. Integrate Salesforce with both internal and external systems through APIs and various integration patterns. Work closely with the organization-wide Salesforce team, participating in code reviews to ensure alignment with the overarching Salesforce ecosystem strategy. Establish and implement Salesforce best practices, emphasizing scalable architecture, data integrity, security, and performance optimization. Support incident management and processes within Salesforce through custom development and troubleshooting. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather complex requirements, translating them into technical specifications to deliver high-quality, scalable Salesforce solutions. Own and manage CI/CD processes within the Salesforce team, ensuring best practices and optimizing workflows to support a high velocity of work, including training colleagues.
