Key Responsibilities:Serve as a delivery agent for our evolving Salesforce platform, responsible for implementing solutions throughout the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). This includes understanding business processes, identifying opportunities for key solutions, designing and configuring changes such as declarative rules and process automation, conducting unit testing, performing code reviews, and managing changes. Collaborate strategically on the optimization and enhancement of multiple Salesforce clouds, with a focus on Sales or Service, and experience in any of the following: CPQ, Field Service, Communities, and/or Commerce Cloud. Contribute to the creation and maintenance of Flows, and facilitate the transition from alternate automation tools such as Workflow Rules and Process Builder. Act as a Salesforce subject matter expert, partnering with business and IT teams to resolve challenges using the Salesforce platform. Build strong relationships with key business partners and engage in cross-functional teams to address strategic business issues across the contact center, field operations, marketing, and sales. Stay informed about technological advancements within the Salesforce platform, planning for the organization to leverage new release functionalities as they become available. Promote and actively participate in a DevOps culture that empowers the team to take ownership and drive solutions.
