Role Overview

This role supports the sales organization by driving lead generation, coordinating client interactions, and managing daily sales operations. The goal: help grow revenue and deliver strong client service.

Main Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team with daily administrative and commercial tasks.
  • Research prospects and prepare outreach lists for lead generation.
  • Coordinate and schedule client calls, product demos, and internal meetings.
  • Prepare sales materials, proposals, and basic presentations.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, including contact details, activity notes, and pipeline updates.
  • Handle inbound inquiries and route them to the appropriate team members.
  • Support account managers with client follow-ups, renewals, and ongoing communications.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure projects and deliverables run smoothly.
  • Help organize participation in industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
  • Stay current on market trends and competitor activities to inform sales efforts.
