Role Overview
This role supports the sales organization by driving lead generation, coordinating client interactions, and managing daily sales operations. The goal: help grow revenue and deliver strong client service.
Main Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team with daily administrative and commercial tasks.
- Research prospects and prepare outreach lists for lead generation.
- Coordinate and schedule client calls, product demos, and internal meetings.
- Prepare sales materials, proposals, and basic presentations.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, including contact details, activity notes, and pipeline updates.
- Handle inbound inquiries and route them to the appropriate team members.
- Support account managers with client follow-ups, renewals, and ongoing communications.
- Work with internal teams to ensure projects and deliverables run smoothly.
- Help organize participation in industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
- Stay current on market trends and competitor activities to inform sales efforts.
Requirements
- Some experience in sales support, inside sales, customer service, or administrative roles.
- Comfort in a B2B environment; interest in financial technology is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to learn and explain product information.
- Proactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office is preferred, or willingness to learn.
- Team player with a positive, can-do approach.
- Willing to support occasional travel or events as needed.
