We are currently seeking a dynamic Sales Specialist to drive new client acquisitions and expand our portfolio of managed cybersecurity services. This role entails identifying, engaging, and securing new customers with a specific focus on our Security Operations Center (SOC) services and Penetration Testing offerings. The ideal candidate will oversee the entire sales lifecycle, from initial prospecting to contract execution, while collaborating closely with our technical and leadership teams to align our services with customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
· Identify and qualify new business opportunities within targeted markets.
· Actively engage potential clients through outbound sales strategies.
· Manage the entire sales cycle: from discovery and solution positioning to proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
· Build and nurture a sustainable pipeline of new clients.
· Present and advocate for our cybersecurity services to both technical and executive stakeholders.
Customer Engagement
· Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client security challenges and business objectives.
· Clearly articulate the business value of SOC, penetration testing, and related services.
· Collaborate with technical teams to develop customized service proposals.
· Maintain precise sales records, forecasts, and opportunity tracking.
Market Awareness
· Keep abreast of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
· Provide structured feedback to inform service improvements and go-to-market strategies.
