Join Sevaa Group as a full-time Sales Representative and play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by expanding our existing accounts and identifying new opportunities. This exciting position will work closely with our marketing team to ensure that our clients receive tailored technology solutions that meet their unique needs.
As a Sales Representative, you will:
- Prospect, educate, qualify, and develop accounts to identify decision-makers and build a robust sales pipeline.
- Engage in targeted prospecting activities through calls, emails, and online meetings, leveraging self-sourced leads as well as those generated from our marketing efforts.
- Utilize Social Selling techniques to enhance your network and uncover new opportunities.
- Respond promptly to inbound inquiries across all channels.
- Consistently meet or exceed quarterly quotas for appointments, opportunities, closed contracts, and contract value.
- Document and track all communications within our CRM system.
- Stay informed about current and emerging industry trends to identify market opportunities.
- Maintain relationships with strategic accounts alongside our Client Success team.
- Provide management with insights on customer needs, challenges, interests, competitive activities, and opportunities for new products and services.
- Achieve sales targets and outcomes as agreed upon.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define effective sales strategies, messaging, and enablement materials to drive quarterly growth.
- Continuously seek feedback to improve performance.
- Prepare and deliver presentations customized to the audience’s needs.
- Create monthly and quarterly sales forecasts.
- Prepare ad-hoc reports for management as needed.
