Your Role:
We are seeking enthusiastic Sales Representatives who are eager to champion Neo's mission. In this position, you will engage with customers at various activation events, including malls, campuses, local businesses, and major retail partners. Your primary responsibility will be to attract new customers by signing them up for the Neo Credit card, the Neo Money account, and other innovative Neo products.
As the face of Neo, Sales Representatives receive a guaranteed hourly wage, along with uncapped commissions for each product sold and bonuses for exceeding targets—paid out semi-monthly. You will be notified instantly when a customer opens a Neo Account using your referral link, allowing you to monitor your performance in real-time!
