As a Sales Proposal Specialist, you will be instrumental in securing enterprise contracts by overseeing the proposal process from initiation to completion. You will manage responses to RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires, ensuring that each submission is precise, timely, and engaging. This role is perfect for individuals who are detail-oriented, process-focused, and eager to learn about the intricacies of complex SaaS agreements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate security questionnaires, RFIs, and RFPs from enterprise clients.

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of responses, best practices, and reference materials to enhance the efficiency and consistency of future submissions.

  • Collaborate across departments including Sales, Legal, Security, and Product to ensure proposals are accurate, compliant, and compelling.

  • Identify and implement improvements in the proposal process to enhance speed, repeatability, and scalability.

  • Assist the Sales and Solutions Consulting teams with various deal enablement and documentation needs.

This position is based at our Union Square office in New York City, tailored for professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments, focused on innovation and impactful contributions.

The expected base salary for this role ranges from $85,000 to $110,000. Profound offers a competitive total compensation package that includes base salary, equity options, and a comprehensive suite of benefits. Final compensation will be determined based on your skills, experience, qualifications, and location during the interview process.
