The Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Sales Operations Analyst to enhance and scale our sales organization. This pivotal role bridges strategy, analytics, and daily sales execution, collaborating closely with Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, and Leadership to boost performance, enhance efficiency, and facilitate data-driven decision-making.

Your Responsibilities:
- Assist sales leadership in annual and quarterly planning, including territory design, capacity modeling, and quota setting.
- Analyze sales performance trends to identify opportunities for enhancing conversion rates, productivity, and revenue growth.
- Develop dashboards, forecasts, and reports to monitor pipeline health, sales attainment, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Support pricing, packaging, and go-to-market analysis as required.
- Maintain and refine sales processes throughout the sales funnel (from lead to close).
- Ensure CRM hygiene and data integrity for accurate reporting and consistent use.
- Collaborate with colleagues to implement and improve tools, workflows, and automation processes.
- Assist with deal execution, approvals, discount analysis, and deal desk activities.
- Act as a strategic partner to Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success teams.
- Translate leadership goals into actionable operational plans and measurable results.
- Support sales enablement initiatives, including documentation, playbooks, and training materials.
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend process enhancements.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses and special projects to support leadership priorities.
