Roles & Responsibilities:
· Manage and mentor sales personnel while fostering the development of sales support staff.
· Oversee and evaluate the sales performance across the organization.
· Ensure steady and profitable growth in sales revenue through strategic planning, effective deployment, and management of sales teams.
· Identify key objectives, strategies, and action plans to bolster both short- and long-term sales and profitability.
