About the job

As the Sales Manager at Elliptic, you will play a pivotal role in driving new logo acquisition and expanding our presence within your region. By leading a dedicated team of Account Executives, you will foster an elite sales culture, enhance sales discipline, and guide your team in securing complex enterprise deals in high-potential markets.

You will exemplify the standards of excellence, operationalizing high expectations through effective coaching, streamlined processes, and flawless execution.

Your Responsibilities:

Championing Exceptional Sales Execution

  • Lead by example, coaching AEs through intricate enterprise sales cycles—from generating outbound opportunities to engaging multiple stakeholders, conducting PoCs, and negotiating contracts.

  • Promote a stringent, AE-led approach to pipeline development and account strategies.


Driving and Scaling New Logo Acquisition and Expansion

  • Develop and implement regional strategies to penetrate high-value accounts within the crypto, fintech, financial services, and regulatory sectors.

  • Accurately forecast performance, meet team quotas, and optimize go-to-market efficiency within the region.


Instilling Sales Rigour & Methodology

  • Implement and reinforce strong sales hygiene practices—from qualification and forecasting to next-step discipline and CRM management.

  • Act as a process facilitator, ensuring mastery of methodologies such as MEDDPICC and Value-Based Selling.

  • Utilize AI-driven sales tools to enhance qualification, pipeline health, and deal execution strategies.


Coaching, Developing & Elevating the Team

  • Provide continuous coaching on essential sales techniques: outbound prospecting, accessing decision-makers, handling objections, ensuring discovery quality, and closing deals.

  • Offer real-time feedback through call coaching, pipeline assessments, and deal strategy discussions.

  • Assist AEs in career progression while exceeding performance targets.

  • Encourage the integration of AI tools within the sales process to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
