Join our dynamic Automotive Finance team as a passionate and results-driven Sales & Insurance Executive. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between car buyers and sellers by offering tailored financing and insurance solutions, while enhancing growth across our digital platforms for listings and advertising.

This fast-paced position combines consultative selling, customer engagement, and operational excellence, making it an exciting opportunity for those eager to make an impact.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Sales Conversion

  • Engage potential customers through various communication channels including calls, texts, emails, and live chat.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to recommend the most suitable financing and insurance products.
  • Convert leads into transactions by providing customized solutions and ensuring consistent follow-up.
  • Drive revenue growth through both transaction and advertising services within our automotive listing platforms.

2. Customer Consultation & Account Management

  • Deliver exceptional and tailored consultations to ensure a smooth customer journey.
  • Provide accurate insurance quotations in accordance with underwriting guidelines.
  • Guide customers in comparing pricing options to secure competitive financing rates.
  • Maintain high standards of aftersales service to support renewals and foster long-term relationships.

3. Policy & Documentation Management

  • Prepare and review all insurance documents, applications, and endorsements before processing.
  • Manage policy endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and billing adjustments.
  • Ensure timely coordination of invoices, refunds, and policy documentation.

4. Operational Excellence & Collaboration

  • Ensure data accuracy across internal systems and customer records.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners to streamline operations.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and coordinate appointments effectively.
  • Participate in initiatives aimed at improving customer experience and operational efficiency.
