At Wireless Support, we streamline mobility solutions for small and mid-sized businesses by offering carrier-agnostic managed mobility services, including support from major carriers like AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile. Our comprehensive subscription service integrates telecom carrier management, a 7-day helpdesk, device repairs and protection, Mobile Device Management (MDM), and monthly bill audits, helping businesses save both time and money.
As we rapidly grow and elevate our standards, we are seeking a Sales Executive who will manage a new-business quota, close high-return deals, and facilitate our expansion primarily targeting home and field service companies with 30 to 1,000 employees across the U. Key Responsibilities (Outcomes > Activities)
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting, discovery, solution design, quoting, closing, to co-implementation and handoff.
- Develop sales pipeline through cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, emails, networking, and partner channels.
- Utilize support from offshore Business Development Representatives (BDRs) and Marketing to schedule meetings and drive pipeline acceleration.
- Conduct thorough discovery sessions to align business goals, quantify challenges, and formulate proposals focused on ROI.
- Examine telecom bills to identify savings and suggest optimized carrier and mobility solutions.
- Create impactful proposals and quotes using ConnectWise CPQ; present to business owners and executives.
- Track and document activities in our CRM (HubSpot/ConnectWise).
- Collaborate internally with Operations and Account Management to ensure seamless onboarding and immediate value delivery.
- Represent the brand at virtual events and webinars.
Travel: Occasional travel required for events.
