Dynamic, results-oriented professional capable of working independently and as part of a team. Able to manage multiple activities simultaneously and coordinate effectively. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with all levels of management, suppliers, and clients. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Decisive and able to make tough decisions swiftly. Ability to thrive under pressure and challenge the status quo. Fluency in English and local languages. About the job

The Sales Executive for Certification Services will play a pivotal role in driving new business growth within our Business Assurance Division. This dynamic position requires a proactive approach to identify and cultivate new business opportunities while ensuring the achievement of budgetary goals and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within designated markets and customer segments.
  • Achieve budgetary commitments and revenue targets for new contracts and service agreements.
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans for new products, services, and market expansion.
  • Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes impacting the certification sector.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to assess market positioning and identify growth opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate and timely sales activity records in CRM and CertIQ systems.
  • Build and foster long-term relationships with key clients, prospects, and strategic partners.
  • Prepare tailored sales proposals, quotations, and presentations to meet client requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective contract delivery and client satisfaction.
