We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at Audi. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will collaborate with a large team focused on the sale of both new and used vehicles.
As an Audi Sales Executive, you will engage with customers through various channels, including face-to-face, telephone, and online inquiries. Your primary objective will be to prioritize customer satisfaction while tailoring solutions to meet their needs. Maintaining high customer satisfaction scores is essential.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Promoting and selling our complete range of new and used Audi vehicles.
- Maintaining accurate customer records and conducting timely follow-ups.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction scores remain high.
- Adhering to compliance standards for all sales transactions.
- Becoming a knowledgeable Audi product expert, familiar with all vehicle features.
