As a Sales Engineer at Hover, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our largest and most strategic insurance clients through the evaluation and adoption of our innovative products. Collaborating closely with Account Executives, you will lead technical discovery sessions, deliver engaging product demonstrations, and ensure customers fully grasp how Hover integrates into their workflows and broader ecosystems.
This is a distinct opportunity to join a growing team within our Insurance vertical. You will have the autonomy to help shape our technical customer engagement strategies and influence the scaling of our team. Operating at the intersection of customer needs, product innovation, and revenue growth, you will make a direct impact on our $1M+ customer segment.
Your Contributions
You will act as the technical product authority throughout the sales process, collaborating closely with Account Executives to guide customers from discovery to pilot execution. Leading product demonstrations, you will assess customer workflows and ensure that technical requirements are comprehensively understood prior to implementation.
Additionally, you will serve as a vital feedback conduit between our customers and the Product team, providing insights that will refine our roadmap and enhance our offerings. In this role, you'll engage cross-functionally with GTM teams, Product, and Engineering to ensure alignment between customer demands and internal execution.
As you develop deep expertise in Hover's product suite and its role within the broader ecosystem, you will help drive more effective and scalable sales processes. Over time, there will be opportunities to influence the evolution of this function and potentially advance into a leadership position as the team expands.
