Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Account Executives throughout the sales process to facilitate technical discovery, product demonstrations, and solution design.
- Deliver customized product presentations that align with the prospect's specific use cases, data maturity, and go-to-market strategies.
- Serve as the go-to technical expert for Dreamdata’s data model, integrations, and attribution methodologies.
- Assist in trials, technical validation processes, and security assessments as required.
- Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to communicate customer feedback, address objections, and outline integration needs.
- Guide prospects in understanding how Dreamdata integrates with their existing RevTech tools (such as CRM, marketing automation, and data warehousing).
- Articulate technical differentiators to bolster competitive positioning.
- Contribute to best practices for product demonstrations, create technical training materials, and facilitate internal knowledge sharing.
- Occasionally assist in post-sale transitions to ensure a seamless technical context for implementation teams.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Consultant, or Technical Pre-Sales role within B2B SaaS.
- Demonstrated experience working with Marketing, RevOps, or Sales stakeholders in complex buying environments.
- Background in MarTech or Marketing Operations is highly desirable.
- Strong familiarity with data, integrations, APIs, and contemporary go-to-market technology stacks.
- Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- A commercial mindset that appreciates how technical clarity influences deal progression.
- Experience supporting mid-market and/or enterprise sales cycles.
- Excellent presentation and storytelling abilities in live demonstration scenarios.
- Adept at operating in a fast-paced environment with evolving processes.
- Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, data warehousing, or revenue AI is a plus.
