Role Overview
We are on the lookout for a motivated and results-driven Sales Director & Team Lead to spearhead the enterprise adoption of Flow360. This role encompasses managing a personal sales quota focused on strategic CFD accounts, along with leading, developing, and expanding a high-performing sales team.

In this position, you will shape the go-to-market strategy for Flow360, secure landmark strategic CFD agreements, and cultivate a high-impact sales team while engaging with the foremost aerospace, automotive, and hardware engineering organizations globally.
Requirements
• Achieve personal sales targets for designated strategic enterprise CFD accounts.
• Manage full-cycle enterprise sales processes, including discovery, proof of concept, value assessment, negotiation, and closing.
• Develop strong relationships with CTOs, Chief Engineers, and Heads of Aero/Thermal/Structures.
• Lead and mentor a team of Account Executives to maximize their potential.
• Foster a data-driven sales culture with an emphasis on accurate forecasting and accountability for key performance indicators.
• Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for Flow360.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales Engineering, and Marketing teams to align on roadmap and customer requirements.
Ideal Candidate Profile
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise software, CAE, engineering, or technical sales.
• 3–6 years of experience in leading or mentoring sales teams.
• A proven history of closing intricate CFD or simulation enterprise agreements.
• Familiarity with CFD principles, geometry and meshing workflows, and GPU/HPC concepts.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making and forecasts.
• Exceptional communication skills for engaging both technical and C-suite stakeholders.
