Your Mission

We are on the lookout for an ambitious Sales Director to spearhead our Danish operations in Copenhagen, leading us toward sustained growth and success. You will be responsible for crafting your sales strategy, showcasing commercial acumen, and ensuring long-term profitability. The perfect candidate will be a strong leader with a natural talent for building trust and connections with people. You are driven, hands-on, and capable of inspiring a high-performance team.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement your sales strategy
  • Establish a robust lead generation system
  • Drive sales and consistently meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Upon reaching specific sales goals, you will have the opportunity to hire, develop, and lead a top-tier sales team
  • Actively participate in budgeting and organizational goal setting
  • Monitor KPIs and continuously develop and implement action plans to improve outcomes
  • Represent CVX at events, gatherings, conferences, etc.
  • Collaborate closely with other leaders
  • Report directly to the CEO.
