How You’ll Make an Impact: 

As the Sales Director, your contribution will be crucial to Cloudbeds’ growth. You will utilize your extensive connections and in-depth knowledge of the mid-market hotel sector to generate high-value annual recurring revenue (ARR) and enhance our brand presence. Your proficiency in hospitality technology will be vital as you cultivate relationships, establish partnerships, and position Cloudbeds as the preferred choice for independent hotels. This role primarily focuses on acquiring new clients.

What You Bring to the Team:

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy targeting independent hotels and groups, identifying avenues to drive revenue and expand Cloudbeds’ market footprint.
  • Meet your sales targets to ensure we achieve our ambitious objectives.
  • Conduct outstanding virtual presentations that effectively convey Cloudbeds’ value proposition.
  • Represent Cloudbeds at key industry events, acting as a brand ambassador and fostering connections with potential clients and influencers.
  • Provide insightful feedback from the field to sales leadership, product, and marketing teams.
  • Nurture strong relationships with clients post-sale (not Account Management, which is handled by another team) to ensure satisfaction and generate valuable referrals.

What Sets You Up for Success: 

  • 5+ years of experience as a top-performing sales professional, employing a highly consultative approach.
