What will you do as a Sales Direct Supervisor?
The Sales Direct Supervisor is responsible for leading, coordinating, and developing the team of Direct Sales Agents in the field, ensuring the achievement of acquisition goals and the proper execution of the commercial model.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage team performance: Ensure daily tracking of activity, productivity, and pipeline for the team.
- Provide continuous feedback, performance evaluations, and development plans for agents.
- Conduct ongoing training and coaching on:
- Field prospecting techniques
- Handling objections
- Product knowledge
- Origination and activation processes
- Promote a culture of performance, collaboration, and accountability.
- Ensure retention and stability of the sales team.
- Meet team acquisition targets.
- Optimize productivity and utilization of the field team.
- Achieve KPIs at the team level.
Lead Quality and Profiling:
- Ensure quality and proper profiling of acquired clients.
- Evaluate financial performance of acquired clients.
- Ensure proper use of CRM and quality of recorded information.
Execution of Referral Model:
- Implement the referral model effectively.
