Our Strategic SDR team operates at the critical junction of Sales, Marketing, and Go-To-Market strategy. This team is instrumental in testing new growth initiatives, shaping lead generation tactics, and delivering real-time market insights that directly impact Connecteam's scaling efforts.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to design, test, and optimize both outbound and inbound campaigns, develop operational playbooks, and continuously enhance our strategies for engaging new markets and customer segments.
