Role Overview:
As a Sales Development Representative at Camber, your primary responsibility will be to connect with potential clients in pediatric behavioral health, generating interest in our platform. You will focus on scheduling product demonstrations for our sales team, nurturing relationships with prospects, and executing targeted marketing initiatives that foster the growth of the Camber community. This role is perfect for individuals who are enthusiastic about sales, committed to healthcare improvement, and eager to empower clinician-led businesses.
Your Responsibilities:
Outreach: Conducting a high volume of outreach activities (over 500 calls per week) to engage prospects and secure demo appointments through various channels including email and social media.
Lead Qualification: Identifying and assessing leads by understanding their unique needs and aligning them with Camber Health's solutions.
Relationship Building: Establishing rapport with prospects and effectively addressing any initial concerns.
CRM Management: Maintaining accurate records of accounts and decision-makers within our CRM system.
Goal Achievement: Consistently meeting or exceeding weekly targets for demo bookings and lead generation.
Qualifications:
Sales Passion: A strong enthusiasm for sales and a commitment to promoting healthcare solutions.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a knack for engaging conversations.
Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to identifying client needs and presenting suitable solutions.
