We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to bolster our Sales Team. SDRs play a crucial role in fostering product adoption and driving company growth. In this dynamic position, you will establish a pipeline of qualified leads through cold outreach, including calls, emails, and social media engagement, while collaborating closely with various teams. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing startup and directly influence our market entry success.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Engage and Qualify Prospects

    • Initiate meaningful conversations with potential clients through various outreach methods, including phone, email, and LinkedIn. Identify business challenges and qualify leads to maintain a high-quality pipeline.

  • Become a Product Expert

    • Cultivate an in-depth understanding of Sanity’s platform, particularly our unique ‘content to data’ methodology, and effectively communicate its benefits to both technical and business stakeholders to spark interest.

  • Collaborate Across Teams

    • Work closely with the marketing team to refine messaging based on real-time feedback and collaborate with sales for seamless opportunity transitions. Your insights will significantly influence our messaging, strategy, and product development.

  • Master the Tech Stack

    • Utilize Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn, and other engagement tools to manage your pipeline, track your progress, and enhance your workflow. You will be responsible for logging activities, overseeing prospect follow-ups, and ensuring the data is accurate and actionable.

  • Contribute to the SDR Playbook

    • As part of our expanding team, your suggestions and feedback will shape how we scale our outreach efforts and optimize our processes.
