Key Responsibilities:Take full ownership of outbound pipeline development, concentrating on generating new business opportunities within the North American market. Research and identify promising accounts in the wholesale, distribution, and manufacturing sectors. Make over 100 cold calls daily to prospects, initiating meaningful sales discussions. Tailor outreach efforts via LinkedIn, phone, and email to connect with various decision-makers including CEOs, Sales Heads, and IT Directors. Collaborate closely with Account Executives to set up qualified demos and ensure smooth transitions. Maintain accurate records of prospect information and engagement activity using HubSpot CRM. Experiment with new messaging strategies and communication channels to enhance conversion rates. Required Qualifications:A minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B SaaS outbound sales, with a focus on North American markets. Proven success in cold calling and developing sales pipelines. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to confidently engage with senior-level prospects. Self-motivated, demonstrating a strong sense of ownership and resilience. Ability to work within U. S. time zones and collaborate effectively with global teams.
