Permanent – Full Time – Birmingham City Centre – Office Based

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum + £400 guaranteed monthly commission + £600 quarterly performance bonus - Progression to Account Manager includes 10% uncapped commission monthly.

The SDR Role: Your Pathway to Success

This is an exciting opportunity for ambitious individuals eager to establish a career in Sales and Account Management. As an SDR, you will participate in our comprehensive training academy, crafted to equip you with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to thrive in a professional sales environment. High-performing SDRs can expect to transition into Account Manager roles within 6–12 months, with realistic on-target earnings between £60,000 and £80,000+.

No previous sales experience is required for entry-level candidates; what matters most is your attitude and willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

Leads & Sales Activity

  • Efficiently manage, quote, and convert inbound loan inquiries.
  • Proactively generate new opportunities from our warm database through outbound calling.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities to expand our customer base.

Business Development & Strategy

  • Assist in the creation and execution of targeted business, marketing, and sales plans.
  • Enhance brand visibility through networking and relevant promotional activities.

Operational & Compliance Excellence

  • Ensure adherence to all operational, credit, and compliance criteria.
  • Consistently apply fraud-prevention and risk-mitigation processes.

Performance Expectations

  • Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed targeted fee income and volume metrics.
