Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum + £400 guaranteed monthly commission + £600 quarterly performance bonus - Progression to Account Manager includes 10% uncapped commission monthly.

The SDR Role: Your Pathway to Success

As an SDR, you will participate in our comprehensive training academy, crafted to equip you with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to thrive in a professional sales environment. High-performing SDRs can expect to transition into Account Manager roles within 6–12 months, with realistic on-target earnings between £60,000 and £80,000+.

Key Responsibilities:
Leads & Sales Activity
- Efficiently manage, quote, and convert inbound loan inquiries.
- Proactively generate new opportunities from our warm database through outbound calling.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
Business Development & Strategy
- Assist in the creation and execution of targeted business, marketing, and sales plans.
- Enhance brand visibility through networking and relevant promotional activities.
Operational & Compliance Excellence
- Ensure adherence to all operational, credit, and compliance criteria.
- Consistently apply fraud-prevention and risk-mitigation processes.
Performance Expectations
- Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed targeted fee income and volume metrics.
