Experience with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms preferred. Strong organizational capabilities to manage multiple prospects efficiently.

At CrewBloom, we are on the lookout for a dynamic and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Outbound Sales team. In this pivotal role, you will drive the early stages of our sales process, focusing on identifying and engaging prospective clients through innovative outreach strategies. Your main objective will be to generate qualified leads that fuel our sales growth and overall success.

The typical starting rate for this position ranges from $6 to $7 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute outbound prospecting efforts via calls, emails, and social media to cultivate a strong sales pipeline.
  • Identify and connect with key decision-makers, crafting effective engagement strategies.
  • Qualify leads and coordinate meetings for the sales team to convert prospects into clients.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of interactions, follow-ups, and outcomes within our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to synchronize outreach initiatives with ongoing campaigns.
  • Continuously enhance your knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to potential clients.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in cold calling and lead generation, particularly in IT staffing and professional services.
  • Demonstrated success in outbound sales or lead generation, with a solid record of achieving sales targets.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, coupled with a persuasive and engaging demeanor.
  • Ability to research and pinpoint potential clients while customizing outreach strategies to meet their specific needs.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple prospects simultaneously while tracking progress.
  • Self-driven and results-focused, with a robust desire to thrive in a competitive landscape.
  • Experience working with Western companies is advantageous.

Technical and Work Environment Requirements:

  • Internet Connection:
    • Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps.
    • Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps, capable of sustaining work during power outages.

  • Primary Device:
    • Desktop or laptop with at least:
      • Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or an equivalent processor.
      • A minimum of 8 GB RAM.

  • Backup Device:
    • Must meet or exceed the performance of an equivalent processor.
