What We Need
We are seeking a motivated, creative, and skilled Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Clasp Talent Sales Team. This role is pivotal in generating a robust sales pipeline by identifying and engaging with key decision-makers in the healthcare sector who could benefit from Clasp Talent’s innovative offerings.
As an SDR, you will be at the forefront of our market strategy, sparking interest, initiating conversations, and qualifying leads for our employer-facing sales team. You will utilize various outreach methods (including email, phone, LinkedIn, and other innovative channels), participate in industry events and conferences, and collaborate closely with our sales team to cultivate high-quality opportunities.
This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in dynamic, mission-driven environments, have a strong desire to learn, enjoy building connections, and are not deterred by cold outreach.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and engage decision-makers at hospital systems and healthcare employers to generate qualified leads.
Conduct high-volume outreach through various communication channels to create interest in our services.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth transition of leads and optimize sales strategies.
Attend and represent Clasp at industry conferences and networking events.
Continuously learn and adapt to the evolving landscape of healthcare and education financing.
