We are seeking candidates who are driven, enthusiastic, and proactive, with the agility to thrive in a dynamic sales environment.

About Verkademy

Verkademy is designed to accelerate Sales Associates into top-tier Mid-Market Account Executives. This program dissects the essentials of Tech Sales into manageable modules that cover the critical skills needed for success, including Prospecting, Discovery, Demonstration, Best Practices, and more. Graduates will emerge as fully equipped Mid-Market Account Executives, possessing comprehensive knowledge of sales processes, industry standards, and company insights.
 
Successful participants in Verkademy often exhibit leadership qualities, a track record of exceeding targets, and a talent for thriving in fast-paced, challenging environments. If you are ready to invest in your career and seek an environment that will push you to excel, this program is for you. Verkademy typically lasts around 9 months, with the potential for earlier completion.

Your Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and nurture a high volume of cold leads into viable prospects.
  • Analyze and understand customer needs and challenges to effectively demonstrate how Verkada can provide solutions.
  • Proactively generate meetings and opportunities for Account Executives by articulating the value of Verkada.
  • Create sales-ready meetings and opportunities for Account Executives.
  • Ensure accurate lead distribution and thorough discovery for your assigned Account Executives.
