Your Role Will Involve:Identifying and sourcing qualified leads through targeted outbound and inbound efforts. Collaborating closely with Sales Leadership to craft effective communication strategies for prospects. Coordinating product demonstrations for Sales Account Executives. Ensuring timely follow-ups with potential customers and managing the scheduling process until demos are completed. Developing and maintaining in-depth knowledge of the Shopmonkey product, the automotive services sector, and market trends. Managing our CRM system effectively to track customer interactions. Achieving and surpassing daily KPIs and monthly sales quotas. Mentoring and providing light training to new Sales Development Representatives as you advance.

This hybrid position, based in or near Marin County, California, involves identifying and cultivating new qualified sales opportunities for our Account Executive team. As one of the first points of contact for potential clients, you will set the tone for the sales journey ahead. A successful candidate will arrange product demonstrations for prospects and support Account Executives in closing deals by conducting thorough discovery calls and providing insightful notes that highlight key opportunities.
