Position Overview: Sales Development Representative

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be instrumental in our team’s success by targeting specific named accounts and converting inbound leads into a robust pipeline of Sales Qualified Opportunities (SQOs). You will collaborate closely with our global sales team and marketing department, leveraging your business insight to align customer needs with our innovative products. We seek a candidate who thrives on building relationships, possesses a creative approach to lead generation, and is eager to learn and grow in the sales and marketing landscape.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our Field Outbound SDR team, working alongside Account Executives while reporting directly to the Regional SDR Manager. Join us in shaping a growing sales division within a well-funded SaaS startup that enjoys strong customer traction.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research on predefined named accounts.

  • Develop, nurture, and close leads throughout the sales process.

  • Strategize outreach approaches and maintain sales databases using tools like Salesforce and Outreach.

  • Foster strong internal relationships with Sales, Marketing, Enablement, and Alliances teams.

  • Establish Champions and Advocates through phone and web-conferencing interactions.

  • Identify and nurture leads to generate quality SQLs.

  • Implement best practices using tools such as Outreach, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Drift, and 6sense.

  • Support various marketing initiatives and campaigns to drive lead generation.
