Job Summary:
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at OpenGov, you will play a critical role in driving our business expansion. You will engage with government leaders nationwide, introducing innovative solutions that can revolutionize community service delivery. This role requires you to design and implement strategic prospecting initiatives, generate high-quality leads, and coordinate product demonstrations for our Account Executives. The ideal candidate will have a natural flair for sales, be results-driven, and possess a strong commitment to nurturing new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Analyze market trends and customer needs to uncover new business opportunities within the public sector.
Become proficient in OpenGov's cloud-based platform, catering to local, state, special districts, and non-profits.
Formulate and implement effective prospecting strategies in collaboration with Account Executives and Customer Success managers to achieve monthly targets for demo scheduling and qualified leads.
Facilitate high-quality meetings using platforms like Salesforce.com, LinkedIn, and Outreach to generate daily inbound leads and build trust with potential clients.
