About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will contribute to our company’s growth by generating and qualifying new business opportunities.
Your Responsibilities
Identify, research, and connect with potential clients through proactive outbound prospecting efforts.
Maintain an organized and up-to-date pipeline of prospects within our CRM system.
Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
Conduct market research to uncover new business opportunities.
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly key performance indicators (KPIs) for outreach, meetings, and opportunities generated.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role, ideally within the tech sector.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Familiarity with CRM tools.
A strong motivation to succeed, with a goal-oriented mindset and a collaborative spirit.
A founder's mindset — ready to embrace challenges and take calculated risks.
Prior experience in the SaaS industry or a tech startup is highly desirable.
Preferred Qualifications
Fluency in French or German is a plus.
