About the Role:

As a Sales Development Representative at Glean, you will work closely with our Account Executives to identify and engage new prospects who would greatly benefit from Glean's offerings. Your primary objective will be to generate qualified sales opportunities that will drive the company's revenue growth. We will equip you with the necessary tools, training, mentorship, and leadership to effectively engage with potential clients, uncover their unique challenges, and demonstrate how Glean can resolve them. Your Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business pipeline primarily through outbound prospecting.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to identify and source new business opportunities, including researching lines of business and target personas.
  • Identify key decision-makers within large enterprise and strategic accounts.
  • Engage prospective customers through various channels to generate interest in Glean's solutions.
