Sales Development Representative

In this pivotal role within the Sales Development team, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying new business leads to bolster GBG's growth strategy. Ideal candidates thrive in a dynamic, target-oriented environment and are eager to connect with prospects to identify their challenges and align them with GBG's solutions. You will collaborate closely with Business Development Directors and Marketing to cultivate a robust pipeline through outbound outreach and strategic account research. Your performance will be gauged by your ability to initiate meaningful conversations, schedule high-quality meetings, and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively generate and qualify new business opportunities through outbound calls, targeted emails, and social media engagement.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of key industry sectors and communicate how our solutions provide value to each market segment.
  • Strategically plan, execute, and manage daily, weekly, and monthly outbound sales campaigns to stimulate pipeline activity.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed established activity metrics and sales development goals.
  • Work collaboratively with the New Business Sales team to support sector-specific outreach campaigns and initiatives.
