Role overview
The Sales Development Representative will join the Brand Partnerships team in San Francisco. This team focuses on ensuring Faire’s platform features a strong selection of brands that match the needs of independent retailers. Success in this role means expanding Faire’s brand supply and supporting the growth of retailers using the platform.
This position is well suited for someone who takes initiative, adapts quickly, and enjoys building relationships with prospective brand partners. As Faire continues to grow, this role offers room to learn, take on new projects, and explore advancement within the company.
What you will do
- Learn the sales process and collaborate with the team to improve Faire’s brand directory.
- Identify and contact brands that align with the needs of Faire’s retail customers.
- Qualify inbound leads and applicant brands to help them grow on the platform.
- Understand retailer needs and use outreach methods such as email, phone calls, social media, and in-person events to connect with potential brand partners.
- Build relationships with brand partners and work closely with the Account Executive Sales team.
- Participate in special projects and consider advancement opportunities, including moving into a full sales role or other positions at Faire.
