About the Role

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be the initial point of contact for all new inbound client relationships, making this a vital role within our organization. Successful SDRs will engage confidently and professionally within the market, qualifying leads that are essential for building our sales pipeline. We are expanding our team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) in both New York City and the Salt Lake City area to generate meetings that will enhance our sales funnel as we establish our go-to-market function in this office from the ground up. You will play a crucial role in a growing group of incoming sales professionals aimed at driving revenue during this exciting stage of our hypergrowth. Our SDR team works in a hybrid setting from our office in NYC/Lehi, where we are in-office on Tuesday and Wednesday, and work remotely on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays. What You’ll Do

  • Act as the initial contact for a diverse range of dental practice prospects.

  • Leverage email, phone, and other innovative channels to engage prospective clients through outbound strategies.

  • Monitor your sales activities using Salesforce and other tools.

  • Address objections, articulate the Dandy value proposition, and advance prospects through the sales process.

  • Collaborate effectively with senior sales leadership to achieve high-level KPIs and revenue targets.

  • Partner with Account Executives for seamless client handoffs.

  • Participate in ongoing career development and account executive training opportunities.

What We're Looking For

  • 0-2+ years of sales experience in a high-growth startup environment, with SaaS experience being highly preferred.

  • Experience in cold calling, especially targeting SMBs, is a significant advantage.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage prospects effectively.

  • A proactive approach to learning and development.
