Your Role
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), your primary focus will be on generating high-quality leads and enhancing our outbound strategies. You will acquire in-depth knowledge of our offerings to effectively engage and inform potential customers.
This role transcends traditional SDR responsibilities, which typically emphasize only scheduling meetings. We are searching for innovative thinkers with an entrepreneurial spirit, eager to experiment with messaging, establish outbound systems, and contribute to pipeline scaling. The ideal candidate will be inquisitive, resourceful, and passionate about moving beyond conventional outbound practices to develop a cutting-edge outbound engine.
You will report directly to our SDR Manager and this position requires your presence at our San Francisco office five days a week.
Key Responsibilities
Expand the sales pipeline by generating and scheduling meetings with outbound prospects.
Achieve monthly and quarterly outbound targets through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other channels, all while ensuring personalized communication at scale.
Formulate and implement account penetration strategies through thorough market research, identifying key decision-makers, and crafting targeted outbound campaigns.
Utilize AI tools and automation to enhance efficiency, personalize outreach at scale, and optimize outbound prospecting.
Conduct discovery calls with prospects to qualify leads and understand their business challenges.
Participate in in-person events, conferences, and customer meetups to create new opportunities and foster relationships.
Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and messaging.
