THE SDP EXPERIENCE

Axon’s Sales Development Program is a distinguished 2-year rotational initiative that places high-potential candidates in various sales roles across the organization, setting them on a path to sales leadership. Ideal for those eager to gain comprehensive business exposure in a high-growth environment, the SDP is designed for future sales leaders eager to drive innovation and make a significant impact. Participants will gain hands-on experience with Axon’s expanding sales teams, including Domestic, International, Federal, and Enterprise divisions.
