Lead a team of approximately 10 Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to achieve targets in collaboration with assigned Account Executives. Mentor and grow the SDR team on an individual basis, fostering the development of sales professionals. Develop best practices for SDRs, refine sales pitches, and enhance strategies for handling objections. Surpass monthly SDR team goals focused on Meetings, Opportunities, and Pipeline. Participate in the hiring, training, motivation, and coaching of SDRs, helping them evolve into successful sales professionals. Monitor and refine sales lead processes and metrics for continuous improvement. Effectively utilize Salesforce and other sales tools. Track and analyze SDR team activity and results to boost productivity and effectiveness.

Role Overview: Sales Development Manager

Ping Identity is hiring a Sales Development Manager to lead the growing Sales Development Team. This role focuses on building and managing a group of motivated representatives who play a key role in identifying, cultivating, and qualifying prospects for the sales organization. The goal: help convert prospects into satisfied customers.

The Sales Development Manager will develop a strong sales pipeline, nurture sales talent, and report directly to the Sr. Director of Global Sales Development. The team values leaders who motivate and mentor, and who bring a strong operational mindset to their work.
