About This Role:

 

As the Sales Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in building, coaching, and scaling a high-achieving team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). Your contributions will significantly impact the revenue function, as you develop coaching playbooks, refine performance metrics, and collaborate with Account Executives, Sales Leaders, and Revenue Operations to ensure SDRs consistently generate high-quality leads for the sales funnel. This position emphasizes both people management and operational execution, demanding strong sales acumen, data-driven decision-making, and a genuine passion for talent development.

  • Onboard, train, and mentor SDRs to meet individual and team objectives.
  • Set clear expectations and development pathways for team members.
