The Sales Development Manager plays a crucial role in driving GOVX's growth, directly impacting all service verticals. This position involves mentoring and coaching Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to generate new opportunities with significant estimated value. You will oversee a segment of the sales cycle, ensuring that leads sourced by SDRs are qualified and primed for success in subsequent negotiation phases.
In this collaborative role, you will engage strategically with various departments such as Partner Acquisition, Marketing, Category Management, and Finance. Your success will be evaluated based on the SDR team’s achievement of quotas and your ability to foster growth and efficiency within the team.
